SEASON 6: CHURCH PROGRAMMES, SOCIAL PROGRAMMES AND OTHER PROGRAMMES
People would want to know the possibility of taking advantage of seasons of this nature mentioned above. I want to assure you that there are a whole lot of opportunities and business ideas in them. Church programmes and other social programmes could be conferences, crusade, summit, convention, wedding ceremony, bural ceremony, birthdays etc. They involve the gathering of people for a specific purpose or a multiple purpose.
Seasons like these can create room for use of flyers, posters, banners for publicity; production and supply of customized material for the programme like notepad, jotters, pen or packs; sales of CDs, DVDs that are related to the purpose of the programme or that are laregely captivating and not only related to the programme;commercial photography and lots more. Now come with me!
IDEA NUMBER ONE – PUBLICITY MATERIALS
You can negotiate with organizers of programmes to make use of flyers, posters, banners, invitation cards and other publicity materials, this can fetch you some profit. All you need to do is to negotiate ahead of time and present samples of your past materialsto them and make sure your design is unique to you. Go out there and make some money.You can either do this as an agent to a graphic designer or as a graphic designer yourself. People are making thousands of dollars (even in naira for my Nigeria followers) from church or other programmes by just graphic design of materials for them. Go out now and start from somewhere as an agent or a designer.
IDEA NUMBER TWO
Production and sales of customized programme materials like notepad, jotters, pen, pack for other materials. That is why it is very important for you to bid and negotiate for contracts ahead of time. You can make a whole lot of money from mass-producing materials for a single programme like a church event or any social ceremony. The materials should be customized with the name, address, of the organizers (church, individual or company, etc). The theme of the programme, date and venue as the case may be should be included; pictures of guest speakers(optional) can be included. Make sure you make use of a unique design.
